1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any website, social media page, podcast, course, training, digital product, or service operated by Button Up, LLC (“Button Up,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Use of our platforms is voluntary and intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who are able to make their own decisions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of all Button Up platforms.

2. Educational & Biblical Purpose Only (Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment)

All content provided by Button Up, LLC — including podcast episodes, videos, courses, trainings, worksheets, coaching materials, emails, social media posts, and any other resources — is offered solely for Biblical education, spiritual encouragement, and personal development. Button Up, LLC does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, counseling or psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or legal or financial advice. Nothing on our platforms should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Users are encouraged to seek licensed professional support when needed.

3. Voluntary Participation

All participation in Button Up courses, trainings, workshops, coaching, or community spaces is completely voluntary. By participating, you affirm that you are 18 years or older, voluntarily choosing to engage, understand the educational nature of the content, and accept full responsibility for your personal decisions and outcomes. Button Up, LLC is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on our content.

4. Ownership of Content & Media Release

All materials created by Button Up, LLC — including videos, audio recordings, worksheets, graphics, branding, and written content — are the exclusive intellectual property of Button Up, LLC. Additionally, by participating in any Button Up program, event, interview, submission, or communication, you agree that any recordings, photos, written submissions, testimonials, interviews, comments, or materials you share with Button Up may be used for marketing, advertising, educational, or promotional purposes across any platform or media format without additional permission, compensation, or limitation. All such submitted materials become the property of Button Up, LLC.

5. User-Submitted Physical Items (Mailed Items Clause)

For programs requiring participants to mail items to Button Up (e.g., personalized keepsakes, creative projects): Button Up, LLC will take reasonable care in handling all items; however, we cannot guarantee that items will not be lost, damaged, altered, or returned in a condition different from the participant’s expectations. By mailing items to us, the participant relinquishes all rights and ownership of those items. Button Up, LLC retains full discretion to use, modify, repurpose, or dispose of any unused or remaining materials. Participants agree to hold Button Up, LLC harmless for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction related to mailed items.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases — including courses, trainings, digital products, physical products, coaching sessions, and event registrations — are non-refundable. Because our materials are digital, educational, and/or custom-created, all sales are final.

7. Intellectual Property

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or share Button Up content without written permission. This includes course materials, worksheets, videos, audio recordings, branding, graphics, and written content. Violations may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Button Up, LLC is not liable for emotional distress, perceived or actual outcomes from applying teachings, loss of data, loss or damage to mailed items, third-party platform issues, or unauthorized access to user accounts. Your use of our platforms is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Updates to Terms

Button Up, LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
